Q: I want to learn more about using power and hand tools, or I have a specific question about my product.   Where can I go?

A: You can "Ask Carl", Alltrade's very own tool expert. 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. You can also send an e-mail to info@alltradetools.com for additonal help.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We charge actual shipping costs - there are no padded "handling" fees. We ship via FedEx Ground Service and Home Delivery. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How do I get parts and repairs for my tools?
A: Any product you buy at alltradetoolstore.com includes the full factory warranty. We provide parts and service for over 50,000 customers every year, and we'll take care of your needs too!
